Starscape Central
Description: Starscape is a modification for Space Empires IV Gold which changes many of the rules, and adds many new features and demonstrates an entirely new concept for the hosting of a game. Essentially, Starscape brings aspects of Role Playing Games to a massive 4x universe sim. Starscape doesn't just focus on any one single game, but is all-inclusive. Every game tells the story of a single part of the universe, with storylines and effects that transcend each game, and fundamentally effect the beginnings and ends of others.
